RMA Policy (we want you
satisfied with our services, please read this form in its entirety
and follow the appropriate directions as described below!)
Return Material/Merchandise Request
Please remember, LCDSearch.com does not own, nor will
LCDSearch.com or its employees re-purchase LCD panels unless
expressly stated in advance of the/any original sale.
LCDSearch.com wants your business and will protect your
interests as long as you meet all of the pre-agreed upon
conditions (here in).
- Because we do not own the Materials/Merchandise you are
actually buying from the seller via LCDSearch.com/World
Networking Group, therefore you only have 24 hours to
determine the merchandise is genuine, in good working
order and condition, 24 hour: RMA requests form is only
available after you contact LCDSearch.com, your RMA form
if fit and functional discrepancies held within, can be submitted to
LCDSearch.com Customer Service for consideration. If an
RMA is approved for any other reason, a 35% restock fee
may be applicable if determined by LCDSearch.com.
- After receiving the product you have only 24 ours
to reject or refuse one or more items, and no RMA will be
issued after this period unless the supplier consents in
full and in writing to LCDSearch.com. After 24 hours: No RMA will be issued.
- Wrong product delivered? Let your
LCDSearch.com representative know immediately (within 24
hours) so we can contact the appropriate suppliers and
resolve this issue. Replacement acceptations may
apply if LCDSearch.com can get authorization from the
suppliers! We do not want you to be stuck with the
wrong items, so act immediately!
Shipping Procedures and Terms of Return
- Any claims for shortages or in-transit damage must be
reported in writing to LCDSearch.com/World Networking
Group. within 24 hours of receipt.
- All short shipment notifications must be made in writing
within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
- All RMA products are to be returned unused and in
original packaging. Any received product that is not
in the condition in which it was delivered to Buyer will
be returned to the customer and the credit memo will be
considered "void." No RMA will be issued for
product that has been soldered on to a circuit board or
any other new defect, discoloring, or use.
- Unless otherwise specified, all domestic RMA shipments
are to be returned via UPS Ground, all international RMA
shipments are to be returned via FEDEX Economy. No COD
shipments will be accepted.
- RMAs are valid for the term of seven (7) business days
after initial receipt and approval by LCDSearch.com.
- After 7 business days any and all RMAs are considered
"void" and will be refused and/or returned
to the buyer.
